Free Lunch and Breakfast for Children
Free lunches — and breakfast at some locations — are available on weekdays this
summer for children and teenagers ages 1 to 18 at schools in the
Gresham-Barlow School District and in various neighborhoods.
The locations where lunch (and in some cases breakfast) is served are low-income areas where at least half of the children come from families with income levels making them eligible for free and reduced price school meals. Meals are served free to any child at the open site.
No application or paperwork is necessary.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture provides federal funding for the Summer Food Service Program.
